Situated on the banks of the Menik Ganga in Sella Kataragama, Valli Amma’s cave is believed to be where Prince Skandha met his future consort for the first time and the place where she had resided. A place rife with legend, this cave is also believed to be the centre of the ancient city of Kataragama.
